Delete your account

You can delete your Rugby Central account (app by WebNest Creations) at any time, with or without the app.
Delete it in the app
- Open Rugby Central and sign in.
- Tap the Profile tab, then the gear icon (top right) to open App Settings.
- Tap Account & Privacy.
- Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
- Read the warning and tap Delete. You are signed out and the account is gone.
Want a copy of your data first? On the same screen, tap Export My Data.
No access to the app? Ask us by email
Email info@webnestcreations.com with the subject Delete my Rugby Central account.
- Send it from the email address your account uses, and include your username (handle) if you remember it.
- We may reply with a question to confirm it’s really you — we won’t delete an account on an unverified request.
- We will delete the account within 30 days and email you when it’s done.
What happens
Deleted: your sign-in, profile, profile photo, posts, threads, replies and reactions, notes, follows, mutes and blocks, match marks and progress, listings you submitted, notification token and settings, and moderation records about you.
Kept, and why: feedback you sent us (the text stays, detached from you), reports you filed about others (kept for the moderation record, with your name removed), and crash reports held by Sentry (a random ID only, removed on Sentry’s schedule). We also keep anything the law requires us to keep. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Deletion cannot be undone. You’re welcome to make a new account afterwards.
