User-submitted listings (events & vendors)
Rugby Central lists; it does not sell. Rugby Central provides a listing service only. Where the app shows a user-submitted event or vendor, Rugby Central is not the seller, organiser, agent, or a party to any transaction between you and a vendor, organiser, or other user. It does not take payment, process bookings, sell tickets, or hold funds. Any dealing is solely between you and the other party.
No responsibility for listing accuracy or for events. Listings are provided by users. Rugby Central does not verify and gives no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, legality, safety, or availability of any listing, vendor, or event. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss, cost, injury, or damage arising from reliance on a listing, from any dealing with a vendor or organiser, or from anything that happens at or in connection with an event. You attend events and deal with vendors at your own risk.
Review, rejection and removal. Every submission is reviewed before publication and does not appear until approved. Rugby Central may reject, decline to publish, remove, or withdraw any listing at any time, with or without reason and without notice. Approval is not an endorsement.
Your responsibilities. You confirm a listing is accurate, is yours to post, and infringes no rights or law. Do not use free-text fields to solicit payment through Rugby Central; the app neither requests nor handles payment details.
