Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and WebNest Creations (“we”, “us”) about using the Rugby Central app and website. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough in your country to agree to these terms.
• Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.
• One person, one account. Don’t pretend to be someone else, including a player, club, official body or Rugby Central itself.
• You can delete your account whenever you like (see how).

Community rules

The Community is for rugby fans of every kind — hard but fair, like a good clubhouse. Everything you post, and your display name, handle, bio and photo, must follow these rules and our Community Guidelines. You must not post or share:

• abuse, threats, harassment or pile-ons against any person, including players, referees and other fans;
• hate speech, or anything that attacks people for their race, nationality, gender, sexuality, religion or disability;
• sexist or demeaning content, or sexual or graphic material;
• spam, scams, or unsolicited advertising or self-promotion;
• illegal content, or anything that encourages harm or breaks someone else’s rights, such as copyright;
• other people’s private information, or content that impersonates someone;
• malware, or anything meant to disrupt the app or other users.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting you give us a free, worldwide licence to store and display it in the app so the service can work, and you promise it is yours to post and doesn’t break the law or anyone’s rights. Posts are visible to other users. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Reporting, blocking and moderation

• Report anything that breaks the rules with the report control on a post, and choose the reason that fits.
• Block or mute a person to stop seeing their posts.
• Reports are reviewed by people; we don’t scan content automatically. If a report is upheld we may issue a warning, a 7-day suspension (you can read but not post), or a permanent ban, and we will tell you why. A moderator can also dismiss a report, or lift any sanction.
• Appeals: if you think a sanction was a mistake, email info@webnestcreations.com and a moderator will look again.

Ending your account

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or permanently close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or that puts others at risk, and we will tell you why. We may also remove accounts that are abandoned or created by mistake. When an account ends, what is deleted and what is kept is set out in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, disclaimers and liability) continue after your account ends.

Match data and accuracy

Scores, fixtures, standings and other rugby information come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Kick-off times and venues can change. Don’t rely on the app for betting or any decision where accuracy is critical.

AI Concierge

The Concierge is an AI assistant. It can make mistakes, so check anything important, and don’t treat it as professional advice. Your questions are sent to an AI provider to produce answers (see the Privacy Policy).

Listings: events and vendors

Rugby Central lists; it does not sell. Where the app shows an event or vendor submitted by a user, we are not the seller, organiser or agent and are not a party to anything between you and them. We don’t take payment, process bookings or sell tickets. We review submissions before publishing and may reject or remove any listing at any time, but approval is not endorsement and we don’t guarantee a listing’s accuracy or safety. Deal with vendors and attend events at your own risk. If you submit a listing, you confirm it is accurate and yours to post.

Ownership and third parties

Team names, logos and competition marks belong to their owners and appear only to identify them. Rugby Central is independent and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any team, league or governing body. The Rugby Central name, design and code belong to us. Links to other sites are not ours, and we are not responsible for them.

Using the app properly

Don’t misuse the app, try to break or disrupt it, access other people’s accounts, or scrape it in a way that puts unreasonable load on our systems.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the app running, but it is provided “as is” and we don’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app or from content posted by users. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
